A gentle morning meetup to ground, connect, and set intentions for the day ahead.
7:30 AM JUNGLE WALK / SOFT RUN
A Mindful movement experience through nature — choose between a light 5K run or a conscious 2K walk.
8:00 – 8:15 AM HYDRATION & OPENING RITUAL
Refreshing hydration, grounding moments, and collective energy-setting rituals.
9:00 AM ICE BATH & BREATHWORK
Guided breathwork followed by an immersive cold-water ritual designed to awaken body and spirit.
12:00 PM COMMUNITY BRUNCH & ASTROLOGY TALK WITH FEDE ANDRADE
A slow communal brunch paired with soulful conversations, astrology insights, and conscious connection.
10:00 PM AFTER DINNER AT PRIMITIVO
An intimate late-night gathering with music, cocktails, conversation, and barefoot bohemian energy.
