An intimate morning gathering by the sea to honor the Astrological New Year and the arrival of Spring — a moment of renewal, alignment, and new beginnings.

Set against the open sea and white sand of Holbox, this experience unfolds through a gentle welcome, 108 Sun Salutations, and a guided relaxation with sound bowls to harmonize body and mind.

Through movement, stillness, and presence, we release what has completed its cycle and reconnect with our vital energy.

Program

9:00 AM — Morning FLow Yoga Class
Arrival and grounding by the sea. A gentle opening to connect with the space and the community.

10:00 AM — 108 Sun Salutations
A ritual of renewal and alignment. Each movement becomes an offering — activating vital energy, strengthening presence, and symbolically releasing what has completed its cycle.

11:00 AM —Relaxation
Meditation session with sound bowls, designed to harmonize body and mind during the Spring Equinox.
